This thesis called "Management of Personal Development" is focused on analysis of the personal development management at one unnamed Moravian manufacturing and trade company focused on creative tasks. The theoretical background deals with defining the elementary terms in this area, lifestyle, career management, mental hygiene, successful manager principles, time management, introspection, and problem solving. In the area of creativity, it approaches the topic in itself, its development, creative abilities and attitudes, and shows a connection between creativity and personal development. It also includes several alternative methods of personal development. The practical part deals with the present state of personal development management and creativity in the company, and on the influence of these factors on the company's operation. This thesis also includes several specific solutions which show several ways of company development.

This master’s thesis is devoted to investigation of the issues connected with the competence and personal development of the employees at manager positions. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the questions connected with competence are detailed. The second part deals with selected problematic of staff-testing and the following part describes the possibilities of personal development and further education of employees. The last part is devoted to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge’s in real working environment. The conclusions in the form of recommended changes are also included in this part.

Attitudes of Outdoor Education Specialization Students at Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport towards Adrenaline Sports

Title: Attitudes of Outdoor Education Specialization Students at Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport towards Adrenaline Sports. Aims: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to analyse the relationship of students specializing in outdoor education at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, towards adrenaline sports or challenging activities and determine whether their attitudes have changed after choosing this specialization. Methods: 83 students specializing in outdoor education participated in the research. An anonymous survey method was used. The survey was created on the Survio online platform and subsequently distributed via email or personal contact. The survey consisted of 19 questions, including 13 closed-ended, 3 semi-closed, and 3 open-ended questions. The resulting data were processed and evaluated using Microsoft Excel, and the subsequent values were inserted into pie charts and bar graphs and briefly described. All data obtained through this survey were used for the research results. Results: The results of the survey showed that the overall attitude of respondents towards adrenaline sports is 75.9% positive. Improvisation and personality: exploring the effects of practicing improvisational theater on the development of select personality characteristics

This paper's first portion overviews the extant academic literature in an attempt to provide insight into the development of personality through the practice of improvisational theater. First, the author defines improvisation in relation to the broader concept of theater, identifies commonalities between it and play, and demonstrates its educational and therapeutic uses. She goes on to address the demands improvisation places on the actor's personality, with a focus on collaboration, creativity and spontaneity. Concluding the overview, the author explains the purpose of improvisation classes and, using the example of working with creativity, spontaneity and their inhibitors, describes how such classes facilitate the development of improvisation skills. In the paper's second portion, the author proposes a study designed to empirically assess the theory laid out previously. She suggests the use of an experiment to track the changes in selected personality traits over the course of a year of improvisation training.
